Hamburg based Union Investment (formerly DIFA) was established in 1965 and is a capital investment company subject to the German Investment Companies Act.
The company currently manages five open-ended real estate funds, including three retail funds available to private investors throughout Germany via local cooperative banks. More than 850,000 investors have entrusted some 14.7 billion euros to Union Investment.
